I WANT TO FILE MY INCOME TAX E-RETURN OF THE YEAR 201011 AND IN THESE YEAR I HAVE TDS 0F RS. 12000/- SO I AM CONFUSED THAT CAN I GET BACK OR NOT

Yes, you can file your return online & claim your TDS of Rs. 12000/- in your Return Form , filed it as early as possible because its already being a late return so don't think anything filed it quickly through online.
