if excess TDs deducted and deposited of any party what we should we do in our books

You can claim the excess TDS deducted but for that filing the return is mandatory. Use Form 26AS to check all the details of the tDS that has been deducted. You are required to furnish the details of the tax payable and TDS deducted wholly
