IN GST PORTAL WE CLAIM TDS ONLY ONE TIME OR MORE THAN ONE TIME AS RETURN SUBITTED BY THE DEDUCTOR.

As per SOP on CBEC site , the TDS refund can be claim in Electronics cash ledger ,... hence once you accept the TDS details reflected Under TDS tile , it get transferred to Electronic cash ledger & once its get credited to cash ledger you can claim Refund or setoff liability any time .
