Will Income Tax refund be provided by the Department for TDS deducted if the same is not shown in Form 26AS of the deductee? Where the TDS certificate ( Form 16) as well as the Tax Challan has been correctly made ?
What steps should the Deductee take in this case ?

IF IT IS NOT SHOWN IN 26AS IT MEANS EITHER THE DEDUCTOR HAVE NOT YET FILED THE TDS RETURN OR THE DATA IS INCORRECT IN TDS RETURN. YOU SHOULD CONCERN DEDUCTOR ABOUT THIS
