07 August 2014my traces account shows that IT departarment has processed ecs of my tds refund of rs 4111 of fy 2012-13 on 16/2/2014,but i have not received the same in my bank account nor received any letter for error in bank details
i contacted CPC they cant guide either.what to do?

Check your ITR and see if you have made a mistake in writing correct bank account number.
