May I please know the complete process to apply for TDS refund. Also, is it possible to apply for last 3 years?

the time limit to claim excess tax paid will be one year after assessment.

there is no concept as such for TDS refund. Excess TDS will be refunded or adjusted against tax laibility after filing tax return by way of assessment of income.
