my total income below 300000 , company deducate tds as section 194c so I can claims tds in income tax return?

Yes surely you can claim refund of TDS in the return.

Before to claim refund in your ITR, assure yourself with the correct TDS amount. Although I know you have been received the TDS certificate from the company u/s 194C but still it is advisable to check your TDS amount and verify it with Form 26AS so that correct claim can be made. Because sometimes we are unaware about other TDS transactions which can be collected from 26AS.

1% tds deducted but company not provide 16a, my 26as shown tds amt
