TDS refund

1. my salary income Rs.250000
2. winning dream 11 under section 194B Rs.580000 tds deducted Rs.180960
3 Loss on interday trading Rs.600000
so i can get refund of Tds

although both income and loss are speculative but i guess this wouldn't be your business income or loss.
Hence, its your casual income and as per provisions of set off, casual loss can be set off with casual income.
so, in my opinion you will get the tds refund

I think you cant claim refund from TDS which id deducted against Lottery Income since No deduction no expenses and no setoff is allowed against such income..
