TDS Refund

Around 4100 Rs tds was deducted for interest @ 20% due to not having PAN for 2017-18. But for refund when I went to file return it didn't let me file return and showed me minor error. Now the problem is I became major in April 19 and the amount is also reflected in 26AS form of ay 2018-19. So what do I need to now. Also I don't have any other income?

File return of income for AY 2018-19, and claim the tds deducted as refund......

But it is not letting me file the return and showing that I am minor error because tds was deducted when I was minor and now after obtaining pan and became major then also I am not able to file return.
