our housing society which is a AOP..
has not filed income tax return since last 4 years..
last year we had TDS refund of ₹10,000/-
but the return was not filed..
Can we claim the TDS refund of previous year in this year's return??
we also have ₹9000 TDS refund this year.

No. You will have to file last year's ITR u/s. 119(2)(b), after getting approval from JCIT/ITO.
