Tds refund

I COULD NOT FILE ITR FOR AY 17-18

AND I KNEW THAT THERE WAS TDS DEDUCTED THEN CAN I BROUGHT FORWARD AY 17-18 TDS IN AY 18-19 ITR.

Only if the income (over which TDS deducted) offered for assessement in the relevant year (ie AY 2018-19)........

bank has deducted TDS u/s 194A in ay 17-18 and also for ay 18-19

Earlier TDS could be carried forward for 2 years.From the present year it cannot be claimed if returns are not filed by due date.
