TDS Refund
plz advise me, My house Site acquired by National High way Road projects. Government compensation paid me after deducted TDS hou to claim our deducted TDS amount directly file the return or through the capitalgain reinvestment scheme.

The refund of TDS will be only though filing income tax return, after deduction of tax liability if any, which depends upon the status of land aquired and act applicable........
