if tds deducted more than the tax payable then the difference amount can be get refunded with interest by filling income tax return. in the case of salaried employee file ITR 1. if it is the for the year 2015-16 or 2016-17 file your return before 31st March 2108 after that you will not be permitted to file or getting refund (except specail notice by AO)
