If i do not submit my pan card. Then how much tds qill deduct my employer?
And if they deduct whether it is possible to take refund?
And would it be shown in 26as?
If deduct TDS you can't get refund without PAN

Education cess @ 2% and Secondary and Higher Education Cess @ 1 % is not to be deducted, in case the TDS is deducted at 20% u/s 206 A A of the Income-tax Act.

Tds will deduct @ 20 % and you cant get refund
