Hai all

A is a junior artists supplyer, he got payment from producers after tds deductions( producers deduct TDS on junior artists payments) can "A" get TDS Refund

Hi Raghu,

If the payment to junior artist is made through A and the certificate has the PAN of the junior artist then the artist will get the refund on filing of return and not A.
