TDS refund
can i get refund of tds deducted. while my pan is not provided to bank at the time of deduction. and in tds certificate pan no is not mentioned.

No you have to ask bank for correction
TDS has been deducted by bank
But since they do not have your PAN it will not be credited to your account.You need to provide your PAN to the bank.
can i get new certificate from bank containing pan card in that certificate
