Sales(services) are made to Bangladesh, TDS is done by bangaladesh company on such sales @ 20%.
Considering sund foreign sale there is loss by end of the year in indian company.
Do we get the refund of TDS deducted by bangladesh company . ??
One has to refer to clauses of DTAA with Bangladesh.
You can refer to TDS certificate issued by Bangladesh Company .
