Is Tds deducted by online Rummy site Rummycircle.com for winnings more than 10,000 Recoverable. If Yes please tell me the procedure to get that money

It is deductible you cant claim refund
You are liable to pay income tax at exact rate of TDS deducted by online rummy site. Therefore, you will get TDS credit against the same amount of liability on online rummy income.

Dear Prabhakar,
even I'm facing the same problem. I won the 1st price in the tournament and 21000 has been deducted from winning amount for TDS. Could you please tell me how to get that money back.
