Sir my friend received sales commission on sale of Herbalife products. please guide which itr to be file.

We have to show income from other source or commission received from business.. Please guide me....

Depending upon the amount of commission received.

If below Rs. 60K, you can declare it u/h. IFOS. in ITR 1 or 2.

Otherwise to be declared u/h.PGBP in ITR 3.

Sir he having one income, but itr 3 to be file having no other income, expenditure, asset and liability .
