We received service from a Party from Denmark. The party does not have PAN so what will be the TDS rate considering DTAA?

Sir,
The applicable rate will be 20%. Pan Number is not Mandatory for Section 195. You have to issue Transaction Based Report to Party after filling of TDS Return i.e. Form27Q.

The applicable rate will be 20% or relevat rate in the provisions whixhever is higher.
