Dear sirs,

I am a life-insurance agent. My insurance company has deducted TDS against INCOME TAX as well as SERVICE TAX on commission receivable by me.

I want to know whether it right in doing so under the prevailing law.

TDS deducted on comission as well as service tax kindly communicate me the rate slab and service tax calculation is it correct
