Tds rate on artwork designing

if work performed is by professional then only u r liable to deduct @ 10 % otherwise tds on contract given can be deducted

Sir, I would like to know whether designing (not printing) is a professional job like architecture, advocate, CAs, doctors etc.. If a propritoryship firm is designing a banner for me, does it attract 10% u/s 194J?
