Could you please share that, artwork desiging job is a professional job and is attracting 10% TDS?

Sir, I would like to know whether designing (not printing) is a professional job like architecture, advocate, CAs, doctors etc.. If a propritoryship firm is designing a banner for me, does it attract 10% u/s 194J?
