My client a PVT Ltd co has to make payment of commission on sales to a non resident situated in Germany for exports sales achieved there. My query is what is Rate of TDS on Commission payment (India & Germany are under DTAA).

TDS should not be deducted in the present case. Here the services were renederd outside India and therefore the income shall not be accrued in india.
