What will the TDS Rate in respect of "Rent of Flat" in India owned by a Non-Residents?
Please also provide the rate if he does / doesn't possesses PAN in India?

deduct tds under sec 195 30.9% tds from NRI whether having PAN or Not
if having pan then it depend what type of remittance & also DTAA agreement
