TDS RATE FOR 26QB FROM APRIL 1ST 2021

I am trying to make payment of 1% as TDS for sale of property under Form 26QB on website https://onlineservices.tin.egov-nsdl.com/etaxnew/tdsnontds.jsp. However, on payment info tab, the rate is 0.75%. 0.75%, i thought, is the rate till 31st March 2021 only. Has it been extended? OR The website has not been updated? Tomorrow I have a property registration. How to go about it? Please help. Thanks in advance.
