Hello ,
TDS deducted on interest paid for Loan taken for Medical Equipment financing from a Ltd Company.
1.Can we claim reimbursement of TDS Paid from the company ?
2. Under what section the Tds is deducted U/s. 194 A as it doesn t fall under banking regualation act ?

and yes, tax will be deducted under section 194 A :)

You have paid inetrest on loan taken so you are liable to deduct TDS u/s 194A.
