TDS query , Form 16 error

Dear Experts,

Our 4th Quarter 24Q TDS return has been filed successfully on 8th July 2021, Now Form 16 are ready to download, but when we are going to download, only Part B available and Part A is showing failed.


Request you to please share the solutions.

Madam,

How to adjust the short deduction of TDS, got the notice for this. Again tried to download part B, but failed multiple times.

Add challan to the statement and pay the short deducted tax.

Short Deductor -Pay as Tax on Regular Assessment-type.

If while filing Quarterly salary details - Part A is not available for generation.
