Respected Sir. Our client has crossed 10 crore turnover in 2021.22. TAN number came this week. So can you advise which tds provisions are applicable. please sir
Section 194 Q of the income tax will applicable, if your turnover exceeds 10 crore, please refer section 194Q . also all other provisions of TDS will also applicable as per the Income tax Act , as and when applicable.
