An invoice raised by an Educational institute says that "We are exempted under section 10(23C) (iii ab) of Income Tax Act 1961", for the same TDS was deducted and remitted to TAX DEPARTMENT. Can we get the refund from ITD, if yes please share the procedure.

Get e-file income tax return of Above institution and claimed such amount of TDS as refund in such return.
