under which section (194C /194J) for payment for DJ performance .

however tds is being deducted here @ 10% under 194J as special event expenses.. is this correct??

in event expenses too it should be under 194 C {2 % or 1% as the case may be} .. we cannot consider such activities in 194 J... its not a professional services.. event like an contract ..when event complete contract will complete..
