we get our office stationary printed with our specification i.e.name of the concern, voucher type etc, is getting the stationary according to our specification liable under tds

Yes... it liable under TDS................ You should have to deduct TDS Either 2% printers is company/Firm/Co-op Soc/Local Authority or 1% Printer is Individual / HUF under Section. 194C.

Yes i agree with Mr Hemanth Kumar, but there are some limitations and number of case laws are there on the same issue.
If you are purchasing the stationery with the same supplier and he is charging the local sales tax etc then it is automally purchase no tds because it will come under purchase.
if you supply the material to printer for printing of your company address etc it will attract TDS under section 194C.
