It will fall down in Contract 194C the reason is that he is providing you man power,
In Many companies are hiring Manpower for their production as well as packing or Despatched.
Before tacking man power from Consultatnt or Man power bueru company have to made a Agreemne tof the same.
And this agreemnt fall down under Contract.
Professinal TDS attarct where we are receiving service for Recruiting Man power in our company on roll In this case we have to Deduct TDS-Professinal.

the person is Job Consultant and he has provided the professional service by providing the company required candidate,,
and hence the same will be covered under section 194J and tds to be deducted thereon

I agree with Rajneesh Kumar because when some one do contract with some for getting the service of others than it is falling under Sec - 194 C...
So same shall be fall under Sec - 194C for dedcuting the TDS

It is under Sec 194J. Refer department circular 715 dt 08.08.1995
