If the person has deducted tax at source, quarterly TDS return has to be filed.

E filing is not compulsory for an individual. He can file in physical form too.

Yes, it is a proprietory firm with turnover<60 lakhs. Whether he is required to file quarterly returns for tax deducted on salary paid or one annual return?
