Hi,
I am trying to pay tds on the rent paid to NRI landlord. I am told that form 27QC is the right one under TAN login.
I am not able to find form 27 QC under TAN login. What is the correct way to pay TDS on rent paid to NRI landlord?

Once the TAN number is issued, the tenant is required to deduct TDS at 31.2% through Challan ITNS 281 within the seventh of the following calendar month.
After the TDS is deposited, the tenant should furnish a quarterly TDS Return in Form 27Q. Form 27Q is a statement for TDS from Additional Income like Interest, Dividends, or any other amount Payable to NRI (Foreigners). Form 27Q is relevant for payments made except the salary to non-resident Indians and foreigners. It is used for the declaration of TDS for the NRIs and Foreigners.

This is clear, however, how does one exactly pay this? I do not see an option for this under TAN login. I see an option " rent" under e-pay tax but not sure whether that is the right option.

Latest Update
Income tax payment facility has been migrated from OLTAS to ‘e-Pay Tax’ facility on the e-filing portal. As a result, Challan 281 is no longer necessary or applicable. "

Sorry for being a pest, but how does one use the challan to pay on epay site? I do not see that option, only a list of options tagged by sections as below.
