hi, question is we considered tds deposit date next of month,when bill is generated or we make payment to service provider

The concept of TDS is based on a simple principle i.e. tax is to be deducted at the time of payment or getting due of actual payment whichever is earlier.

When bill is generated OR we make payment to service provider OR when amount is credited to deductee account in book of account or even credit it to suspense account in books,
