we received a professional fees bill for Rs. 50000.00 dated 25/04/2019 but payment is make 01/06/2019 after deducted TDS @ 10%, , we will deposited the TDS amount with interest , which is the last date for deposited TDS amount for above transaction

Liability of TDS deductions arises on Date of payment/ date of credit in books of accounts whichever is earlier. thus in your case 25.04.2019. .. due date of payment 07.05.2019.... currently interest payable for 3 months -april may June. 1.5% per month or part there off.

If date of entry of the bill in books is, say 1st May, then due date shall be 7th June.
