Can we paid Tds for the month of Jan 18 on Jan 18. For the Period 01 Feb to 07 Feb I am Busy on another job.

TDS to be deducted at the time of payment or credit in the books whichever is earlier. So you can pay TDS in advance but at the time of payment of the amount.

You can pay TDS in advance, no restrictions
