Recently i made a TDS payment of March 2016 Provision Liabilty.
My TDS liability was
Rs.2000/- towards TDS on Advertisement, i.e. 2% on Rs.1,00,000/-
Rs.10,000/- towards TDS on Professional Fees i.e. 10% on Rs.1,00,000/-
Mistakenly i made the of Rs12,000/- under Section 94C.
I made the payment on 30/04/2016.
Kindly suggest.

NO issues if you have paid the challan under wrong section. While filing TDS returns you can quote the challan number & the returns will be filed correctly.
Make sure that you are filing returns correctly under the proper section

at the time of filing of tds return select the right section. there is no problem if u made payment in wrog section.
u can use same challan for payment under right section.
