In our Case..TDS on Professional Charges has been paid to the government but not cut while paying the professional charges...So should the person be given the credit and excess money paid shown as advance or adjusted in the next year???

Simple..You can deduct the amount from subsequent bill(s), if any. Or else ask him to return the amount of TDS paid by you.

the only waq left is to Dr.TDS amount his account & Adjust in future bills credit.

Either charge amount to party's next bill or Dr. the same in expenses head
