Hi,

Please clarify the TDS section for yoga class.

A yoga teacher comes to train our employees.

Dear Pradip,

Here service of yoga instructor is as good as d service of proffesional so according to me TDS is to be deducted as per section 194J....

Hi,

Thanks but if you could please elaborate with an example tha would be better as per income tax act.
