my client purchased raw material of marble known as blocks and takes service from other for further processing for making slabs (finished goods)
this service like a job work and pay Job charges as per sq ft
and received goods back from job worker...
in such condition, does my client is laible for TDS u/s 194c

Yes.. liable for TDS u/s 194C subject to other conditions like the aggregate amount paid/credited in a year if exceeds RS.1lakh or the amount paid or credited in a single contract exceeds Rs.30thousands.
