Where TDS is applicable on transporter payments with > 10 goods, should TDS be applied on purchases made from 01.04.2015 or from 01.06.2015?

TDS on Payments to Transporters- Amendment to Section 194C w.e.f. June 1, 2015 So It Is Applied From 01.06.2015 And Whatever Payemnt Made Between 01.04.2015 To 31.05.2015 TDS Is Not Applicable Provided He Is Furnished The PAN No.
