Tds on transportation
I have paid transport amount to Commission Agent as I received bill from him. But owner of the Truck is different. My question is that from whom I have to take Transportation Income Tax Declaration whether from commission agent or owner. Kindly guide me

Teke the Declaration and pan copy of the owner
Ask the Commission agent to produce a declaration from the transporter, along with copy of PAN of both Commission agent & transporter.
