23 January 2010from 01/10/2009 , tds on transport contract payment; is not more necessary to deduct if deductee furnished the contractor his PANO. what will be the position of filing of form no. 15J/15I which is required to be submitted to the IT Department where no tds made on transport exps.?

It is clear for the transactions before the new sectin 194C comes into force the Form No.15I and Form No.15J will stand good. All the provisions of old section 194C will apply for the transactions upto the 30.09.2009.
