TDS on Transfer of Property
A person buying a Multi ownership property(4nos.) including one owner is NRI for Rs.65 lakhs.Share of the NRI owner is Rs.15 lakhs.Please suggest the TDS provision realted to this situation.On which sec TDS deducted 194IA or 195?

If a NRI sales the property then deduction will be as per 195
but if an indian selling the property then deduction as per 194IA
but if an indian selling the property then deduction as per 194IA
