yes, is applicable for tds. as per my knowledge under section 194C contracts act. in my showroom they provide lunch to employees and we deduct tds @ sec194c contracts act. if it wrong please make feed back.
BUT THERE IS NO CONTRACT B/W THE COMPANY AND TIFFIN PROVIDER
