kindly explain the tds on telephone sevices. if telephoe exp. more than 100000/- PA
we can deduct or not . if yes than under which section ?

there is no liability arise towards TDS against Telephone expenses. If you hire a lease line except from GOVT Sector then TDS attracts towards this kind of services (Internet Expenses). Hope you understand
