We are a Limited company. Paying a Rs. 6,000/- per month to a Computer teacher under CSR activity against Approval.
Please note there is no contract awarded to teacher.
What will the TDS applicability.

Either it should come under sec. 192 (Salary) or sec. 194C (Contract which is not case here) or Sec. 194J (Professional or technical services or royalty)...
