If subscripttion charges are more than 30000 then 194j will get applicable

But its not a professional or technical service to cover under section 194j . job portal gives only right to log in . . so 194j will not applicable .expert opinion please . .

Hi, kuldeep . . first of all thanks for kind reply . . your opinion may be right about tds deduction . but i forgot mention in second reply as my opinion . please provide clarity about job portal charges is professional or technical "service" . never think always somebody under estimating you . we are all here to obtain and share our knowledge .

Subscripttion is like a right to access some information. In this case, information regarding matching candidates for a particular job profile. Naukri is providing certain information on candidates to a company. There is no works contract here because anybody may be given this access. So the only other section likely to match this case is professional services. So I say 194J will apply.
