TDS on stipend

Our institute mentioned in the form of PCC and final that the stipend of CA student are exempt income. so it's not taxable in any section.

hhmm its clear tat stipend received by CA students is not income...

\wat abt stipend received by students who take spprentice shp in various companies and receive stipend, am talking abt BA ,B.TECH and other gradutae  students who officially receive apprenticeship certificate from indutries under apprenticeship act.,...

i feel tat same logic should be applied and such stipend is exempt...
